UNOPENED ITEMS:

KMI IMI GROUP will accept unopened items (excluding sterile products) for refund only if the product is returned within 7 days from the date of receipt, has not been opened or tampered with, the seal is still intact, returned in its original packaging and you have received a return authorization number from KMI IMI GROUP. You are responsible for any and all fees associated with shipping the item back to KMI IMI GROUP. KMI IMI GROUP is not responsible for any item not received at its return address. WARRANTY:

All KMI IMI GROUP products are warranted free of defects in material and workmanship under normal wear use and operation for a period of 90 days, under terms and conditions of the KMI IMI GROUP warranty in place at the time of purchase. During the warranty period, KMI IMI GROUP will repair or replace at its sole option, free of charge, any defective parts or products returned with prior authorization to KMI IMI GROUP.
Warranty does not cover products abused, misused, or altered outside of factory location, or devices not utilizing KMI IMI GROUP supplied components, devices, and supplies intended for the proper operation of the equipment unless authorized by a representative of KMI IMI GROUP. Tampering with the labels, including the Serial Number, or opening the units, will also void all warranties. If a defect exists during the warranty period, KMI IMI GROUP at its option will either repair (using new or remanufactured parts) or replace (with a new or remanufactured unit) the product at no charge. There are no obligations on the part of KMI IMI GROUP for consequential damages arising out of, or in connection with the use or performance of the product. KMI IMI GROUP disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The warranty is non-negotiable and non-transferable unless expressed by IMI in written form.

THE WARRANTY WILL NOT APPLY TO ANY PRODUCT IF IT HAS BEEN DAMAGED BY MISUSE, ALTERATION, ACCIDENT, IMPROPER HANDLING, OR OPERATION, OR IF UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS ARE ATTEMPTED OR MADE. SOME EXAMPLES OF DAMAGES NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO OPENING THE CONTROL UNIT BOX WHICH ERASES THE OPERATING SYSTEM, LOOSE COMPONENTS, OR VISIBLE CRACKING OF THE LCD, WHICH ARE PRESUMED TO BE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM MISUSE OR ABUSE.
